Here are some questions for reflection... 

EXERCISE ONE:

If my mind was tricked that easily, what else am I tricking my mind into believing?

How can I harness my mind to use this ability for power, confidence and success?

EXERCISE TWO:

What do "I want" - am I currently pursuing these items, ideas and thoughts?

Who can I repeat this exercise with to find even more meaning?

What are ketones?

Is there caffeine in It Works coffee?

Why is there 2 grams of sugar in It Works Keto Coffee?
