What I really love about these two exercises are the SCIENCE behind it. You've heard it often said that you become what you think about, and that couldn't be more accurate.

How can I harness my mind to use this ability for power, confidence and success?
EXERCISE TWO:
What do "I want" - am I currently pursuing these items, ideas and thoughts?
Who can I repeat this exercise with to find even more meaning?
